1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by taya00 at taya00.club (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with taya00's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

taya00 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Failure to pass such checks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) taya00 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. taya00 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya00 account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify taya00 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

taya00 is required to verify the identity of its players under applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

taya00 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). taya00 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with taya00's standard processing schedule. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within a few hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take longer. taya00 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or fraud review.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the taya00 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. taya00 is not responsible for foreign exchange fees or conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

taya00's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits taya00's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, adjustable from within your account dashboard;
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session length controls to manage time spent on the platform;

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• A Player has requested self-exclusion;
• taya00 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon closure of an account not arising from breach or regulatory action, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, less any applicable fees.

12. Amendments to Terms

taya00 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, taya00 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
